Thank you for considering St. Anthony Grade School for your child’s education.

Please remember to completely fill out the application; also attach copies of required information. (Do not send originals, copies are fine.)

• State issued Birth Certificate

• Baptism Certificate

• Report Card for the last year completed and current year

• Most recent testing results

• Teacher Reference Report (This may be mailed directly by the teacher.)

Keep in mind that all of the above items need to be attached to the application. If anything is missing, that application will be returned to you for completion.

All prospective applicants in Grades 1-6 must take an entrance test scheduled for Saturday March 30, 2012. Applicants for Kindergarten also need to be tested and are scheduled for one on one appointment weekday mornings in February.

It will take a couple weeks to go through all the applications, report cards, and recommendation letters. At the end of that process, letters will be sent home to all who have taken the test to let you know the status of your application.

Application deadlines: Grade K: January 31

Grade 1 – 6: March 31

Applications received after the deadlines will be wait listed.

Tuition for the 2012 – 2013 school year (includes books and fees):

Grade K - 6: $4,850.00

Financial Aid is available through Augustine Educational Foundation. Applications are available in January on their website at www.augustinefoundation.org .

There is a cafeteria that provides hot lunch, or your child may bring a home lunch.

Lunch payments are made monthly: Gr K – 3: $2.50 per day Gr 4 – 6: $3.00 per day.

After School Care is available until 5:00PM with a charge of $5.00 per day.
