Immunization Requirements
Hawaii State Law requires that all students meet examination and immunization requirements before they may attend any public or private school in the state.
A physical examination and tuberculosis clearance are also required prior to entrance.

All immunizations must meet the minimum ages and intervals between vaccine doses.
Students who have not completed the above requirements by the first day of school will not be allowed to attend school until these requirements are met.
